Kenneth Denos
Partner, Finance/Legal
Kenneth Denos is a founder and manager of the Company, having served as a principal and advisor for funds and investors in the residential and commercial real estate markets since 2005. He is presently the Chairman of Acadia Law Group, a consumer and corporate finance law firm with more than 300 clients across the U.S. and internationally. He is also an officer and director of Equus Total Return, Inc. (NYSE: EQS), a closed-end fund traded on the New York Stock Exchange, serving as its President and CEO from 2007-09. Mr. Denos has worked in the private equity and advisory industry for over 30 years, working with private and public companies and funds in the Middle East, Europe, and North America. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and Political Science from the University of Utah, a Master of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.
Taylor Bassett
Partner, Finance/Operations
Taylor Bassett is a founder and Partner at BBH Group, where he leads deal origination, finance, and operations for the firm's residential development platform. Prior to this role, Taylor was a founding executive at a large real estate development and property management company, playing a pivotal role in building a portfolio spanning over 1,800 units across Texas, Idaho, and Utah, valued in excess of $250 million. Taylor has extensive experience sourcing deals, structuring complex financing, and cultivating relationships with family offices and institutional capital partners. He began his career in public accounting at Deloitte Tax LLP, advising billion-dollar REITs and mid-market companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accounting from Brigham Young University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Tyson Bowden
Partner, Development/Construction
Tyson Bowden serves as a Partner at BBH Group, overseeing the firm's development and construction activities. He brings over 10 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar capital projects. Previously, Tyson served as a Construction Manager and General Contractor for a large real estate development and property management company, where he directed all activities for multi-family real estate development and apartment renovation programs from pre-construction planning through final closeout. His background includes substantial experience in commercial roofing project management and complex multi-family logistics. Tyson is recognized for his proven track record in budget control, scheduling optimization, and safety compliance across cross-functional teams. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management from Utah Valley University.
Luke Herzog
Partner, Marketing/Operations
Luke Herzog is a Partner at BBH Group, responsible for overseeing marketing and operations. He has managed large-scale development and investment projects with an aggregate value exceeding $200 million. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including the planning, design, and operational execution of thousands of residential units across multiple markets. Prior to joining BBH Group, Luke held leadership positions at two Fortune 500 organizations, gaining significant experience in national market expansion and large-scale team development. He specializes in building durable operating platforms and aligning product decisions with market demand to ensure long-term asset value. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Sales from Weber State University.
Brandon Bassett
Partner, Administration/Operations
Brandon Bassett serves as a Partner at BBH Group, overseeing administration and operations. He utilizes a systems-driven approach to streamline the firm's operational foundation. Brandon previously worked as an asset manager in property management, focusing on consolidating operations and reorganizing loan and insurance processes to improve net operating income. He began his career as a mechanical design engineer, developing laboratory and facility systems valued in the millions. Brandon leverages this technical background to simplify complexity and implement scalable strategies for the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
Clinton J. Bullock
Partner, Tax/Accounting
Clinton J. Bullock is a Partner at BBH Group, specializing in complex real estate transactions, financial structuring, and tax planning. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Utah and Nevada and is admitted to practice before the Utah State Bar, the Nevada State Bar, and the U.S. Tax Court. Clinton brings over 30 years of experience advising on federal and state taxation, business entity formation, and receiverships. He holds an AV rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from George Washington University.
